This work is grounded in my professional experience and my own journey out of burnout and striving. I created the Faithfully Empowered Method because I saw a gap that traditional leadership development wasn’t filling: the need for a structure that honors both your professional ambition and your spiritual anchor.

I’ve built this 12-week framework to be the roadmap I wish I’d had—a way to move from "holy restlessness" into clear, strategic action without losing your peace.

What denomination of Christianity are you teaching?
My background is Roman Catholic. I attended Catholic school from 3rd grade through my graduation from Immaculata University in Immaculata, PA. In 2010, I became a Lutheran in a community church, and over the years, as we’ve moved around the country, I’ve been part of several non-denominational churches as well.

Because of that journey, my teaching isn’t rooted in denominational distinctions but in the truth of Scripture and the character of God.

My core beliefs are expressed most clearly in the Apostles' Creed:
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended to heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic* church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.

*in this context, catholic means universal.
How much time will I need to dedicate each week?
Most video teachings are purposefully bite-sized, ranging from 6 to 14 minutes. They're just right so you can absorb the strategy during a commute or a morning coffee.
